Last Friday's tour took us up Vermont's Lincoln Gap. Definitely worth a return trip this weekend. Plenty of powder to be had, along with spacious hardwood glades, toothy frozen waterfall drops, a bunch of little lost English kids and a Lion, and much much more.

I'd love to hear from anyone who has taken the left leaning forest service road through to completion.

Tour route, tips, photos, and off-color remarks about MN inside:

Lincoln Gap is an awesome place for sure and a local's spot. And contrary to what Bill says, it's pretty damn easy to get to and the hike in is pretty chill. The road is a nice ski and the glades...err...woods beside the road are pretty nice.

Awesome! I'm planning on skinning this area this weekend or next. Your info is invaluable!
