After not skiing Killington in ten years, I've managed to ski it twice in one week. The snow today was much heavier than Monday, but skied nicely. I hooked up with Shredder of Gnar, he tried to get me to ski the bumps on lower Skyelark, I opted not to. They were pretty slick in the morning. Shredder is a bump aficionado. All of the lower part of Superstar was soft corn bumps by late afternoon, more my speed. The Meathead boys were there again, as was Radio Ron, and Bird Man, deja vu.

I took my skis to the shop for a base grind and sealing wax, I had to ski my Tigersharks. I had them set up with my old Head boots so that my brother wouldn't have to rent equipment. I did him a disservice. His feet are a little smaller than mine, I couldn't get the boots tight enough. Luckily my boots were in the car, and I was able to adjust the bindings to fit them. I had a much better afternoon wearing my regular boots. I've lost quite a bit of weight since I skied the Head boots. Maybe that's why they don't fit me anymore. They've got a lot of laps on them also.
