Hincapie constructed the Flow Tri Top from the highly breathable RaceFlow fabric with a hydrophobic treatment. It glides through the water with hydrodynamic properties akin to the newest swim skins. It also dries very quickly when you get out, improving comfort post-T1. Additionally, ReactorMesh stretch mesh panels with Coldblack technolology provide cooling airflow and actually reduce the temperature of the fabric by reflecting, rather than absorbing heat. With all of these other technological wonders taking place, it's easy to forget that the Flow Tri Top provides UV protection with a rating of UPF 50+. That comes in handy when water rinses off your sunblock, leaving you vulnerable to the sun.
The Tri Top features a 3/4-length zipper in order to both ease entry and exit and to allow on-the-fly heat dumps. One lower back pocket provides food storage for long races.
