Not too shabby for a basketball school, screw all the haters you play who is on your schedule, that kick was worth about 18million dollars to the school, this will do wonders for the bigeast and uconn as a football program. Ya Oklahoma might beat them but i dont think they will embarrass themself.

I'm still in disbelief that this same team that about 6 weeks ago got destroyed by Louisville, regained its composure and ran the table against west Virginia, Pitt, Syracuse, Cincinnati and USF win the big east BCS bowl birth

It shows you how weak the Big East was this year. The old Big East that had Miami, Virginia Tech, and Boston College in it was a much stronger football conference. ...not that the ACC had a banner year, either.

I've written this before but I think it's good that there are now two New England schools with competitive football programs. Too bad all that ACC football money pushed Boston College into a conference where they don't belong.
