Got out for a RAW with one of my hygienists husbands for 7 sweaty miles last night. He has better technical skills than I do, but since he's hardly ridden at all this year I have better endurance than him, so it was a wash overall.
Did my usual Orange trail out past the bridge and then looped back via orange to yellow and then back to orange. Ended up with my "quickest" ride over that loop yet with it taking an hour and 17 minutes so that was a definate plus! Still have a couple of stone wall crossing that just totally mess with my head, although my friend who I was riding with definately helped me with a little insight as to how he was handling them(and more than just "get a FS bike!" )
A good ride.
