Right, they just need to spend the $$ to run it.

There is $50k-$75k worth of snow on Steins, just sitting there for the enjoyment of very few skiers, thought for sure they would have groomed it Friday & Saturday night. Been skiing K town, they have been grooming 3/4 of the width of Superstar consistently, by mid day the bumps are back, if you...

Right on, we will see how many people sell there ski homes, don't purchase an ICON pass & move on to another mountain to ski. I'm guessing he mountain will not suffer any financial loss due to this PR move. This is the 2nd big event in since covid that has gotten many pissed off, I doubt many...

The FB post states "will be very likely be open for uphill travel to the summit next" not exactly a full commitment & if they do it may be for just 1 week. Post seems written with a built in loop hole.

I missed the last few days at the hill, did Steins get groomed yet? Saving the snow for later in the season has lost it’s reasoning at this date.

I could care less if it runs or not, however for the vacationing skiers that only ski 1 weekend & looked at the website & sees 2 mountains connected by a lift with no mention that the lift will not run. Yes it is listed as closed, but also has operational hours listed. Too make things worse, if...

I look at it this way, it is open for hiking from 10-3, 5 hours, it takes me roughly 1 hour for a complete lap from the entrance off of Paridise to the entrance again, I have gotten 5 laps in on most days when it is skiing good & if I time the rope drop correctly. When the chair runs and the...

I'm good if the CR chair never runs & it is hike only all season. It is a small price to pay for how good it skis & how long it skis good for when it is hike only.

Doing some fast math, (16) studios at 450sf/ea + (176) 1 bedroom units at 120sf/ea + 580 sf/floor for gathering space + (4) gang bathrooms @ 200sf/ea/floor at a net to gross factor of 1.2 you are looking at a building around a 40k sf building. Even though they are going modular, there still...
