I'm thinking this guy will end up with $500K - $1MM and it will be settled outside of the courts. The last thing Vail would want is discovery and a jury trial. I'm not an attorney, but just a guess.

I’m here because I don’t have anything worthy to say. I don’t have any burning question needing answer. Nor do I see any question needs my contribution either. I’m here purely for occasional entertainment.

I went from a frequent poster to a mostly lurker. Sometimes I don’t check the site for 2 weeks. Half of the time I only glance at the thread title but don’t open any at all, and left.

Saul would tell you staying out of bars and seeing a wide variety of specialists/racking up a huge amount of medical bills is how you get a huge pain and suffering payout.
