Noticed we don't have a thread. Here's this season's thread to post up bargains.

This morning was the SkiVT buy day and apparently they had technical difficulties and are postponing the 4 for $199 on sale date. I wonder if too many tried to log on and it crashed.

It's not that cheapskates no longer exist, it's that there's virtually no true "deals" left in the ski world to populate an entire thread. LOL

How about a nice Wisconsin Ski Passport. 17 tickets for only $250. The catch, you have to ski in Wisconsin. But at least you can use more than 1 ticket a day this year...

Skiing on the Cheap alert for the Utah folks here

It wasn't originally announced with tickets, but for this Saturday's SLC World Premier of the Warren Miller movie, the VIP tickets ($58 after tax & fees) are now going to come with a Sundance S-card, that is already preloaded with 1 free day of skiing at Sundance, with no blackouts. Then the S-card lets you buy $99 tickets the reset of the season with no blackouts. There's also some other freebies, but what I find additionally intriguing is it cryptically says VIP tickets will come with some other "resort" giveaways "TBD" - so, it's worth it for the $58 Sundance tic alone, but given Snowbird, Alta, Deer Valley, and Solitude are also sponsors this year I'm hoping maybe it comes with a BOGO or something for at least one of those.

There's only about 30 VIP tickets left (out of 150), so you probably have to strike soon if you want this (I dont think they were moving until they added the Sundance tic.) @ThatGuy @thetrailboss @jimk @kingslug

Buffalo Ski Center has a weekday 6 pack of transferable tickets for $129

I've bought these the past 4 years, but have a seasons pass for Kissing Bridge this season so I thought I would share it with others since BSC has some great terrain and this is a great deal.

Here are the details.

• Good Wednesday and Thursday 4p-9p / Friday 2p-9p
• Transferable ( you can give them to friends and family) you can use all 6 in one trip if you like.
• Good MLK (Jan 19 11a-5p) / Presidents Day (Feb 16 11a-5p)

What does Transferable mean ????
Transferable means anyone can use the tickets. You can bring a gang of 6, and use them all in one shot or split them up with you and your significant other, a friend, cousin, neighbor….you get the picture.
