Thanks Hastur.... Now I have that jingle from their late 70's and 80's commercial stuck in my head!! I wonder if they still have that room that was in the commerical that had the large wine glass looking like elevated hot tub? :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO: To top it off, maybe I need to see if I can find a Carvel "Fudgey the Whale" ice cream cake, as those Mount Airy Lodge commericals often ran right around Carvel commericals as I recall!
all you need to bring is your love for everything

I’ve seen reports that they have a 30 foot base on one of the trails - that should take a good while to melt
I was there last Wednesday. Maybe a 30 inch base nothing close to 30 feet.
I agree that with April weather, May will be a tough to make. But should be some fun days in April.

I’m 95 minutes away. I don’t know if I will go in May, but for at least the last two weekends in April it will likely be the only outdoor skiing I can do that is less than 5 hours away. I will likely hit it one of those weekends as a lot more appealing than driving to Killington for one trail
One trail ? Killington will have dozens of trails open during the last two weekends in April

That and from peak to k1 is about 1000 ft more vert. Late April K will still have 3-5 lifts going.

So I was at Camelback this weekend and I totally disagree. There is a ton of snow on Cliffhanger, at least a story and a half from the hydrants to the surface. They have never put that much down on it.

Busy busy busy as it should be on Presidents weekend.

Camelback had an issue with the RFID gates both Saturday and Sunday. Seemed like some sort or computer glitch and they actually ended up moving the gates out of the way like they do for grooming.

Good band in The Thirsty Camel Saturday.

And they just announced a $399 season pass for next year that includes the rest of his year and 3 free tix I can use for my kids along with a bunch of other discounts

This will be my 2nd Pass to augment my free Indy+ (License Plate club) and I will be skiing the Camel this April-May
