Boyne made their money when they sold the land. There may be fine print about a percentage of sales, but not privey to the details.

Well something is still allowing $$ to flow on the resort side, more than SR and SL anyway this year.

SR supposedly does as well. At least it did though the flood insurance issue obviously kills that to a decent extent at present.
