Sugarloaf West Mtn Expansion and HSQ officially a go

They are manning the SR sports closets (tooo small to be called stores IMO) in each location. I imagine if you had a CS issue you could go in there and they will call someone for you but front facing CS is really only at south ridge.

    2020-21 Sunday River

Sliders deck in the spring is a great place to stop for lunch. The menu is kind of “meh” since they went to Italian.

    2020-21 Sunday River

I don’t think sliders has much to do with it. If anything it’s more likely the success and overcrowded space of mountain room. Plus the north peak lodge is a bit worn. A restaurant on top of Jordan would give them a summit restaurant with a view of Mount Washington along with a better wedding...

Which Mountain is the Best for YOU?

What’s best for us is the one we have a home at, SR. I am sure some folks would find skiing one mountain regularly boring, and sometimes it is, but we have a good group of friends and always find a way to have a good time. A trip out west, maybe a trip to see the SiL in Vt and usually find our...

New Ski resort technology coming to your mountain soon. Screens and Touchscreens on Lifts and Gondolas

Knew that was coming Midweek I usually don’t have trouble finding an empty chair or pull off on the side of a trail Not quite real estate but most of my info is client confidential so I wouldn’t talk about it in front of you or anyone else. The worst I might do is type an email saying I will...

New Ski resort technology coming to your mountain soon. Screens and Touchscreens on Lifts and Gondolas

I wouldn’t care so much about what they want to show me on a video board but in Val D'Isere they had a gondola with free and open WiFi which came in handy for checking the mountain updates and Wx reports as well as access to their online trail map/trail closure stuff.

Electric Cars/Trucks and winter weather testing with results. What do you think? Who has taken one in Freezing cold long distance to a Ski mountain?

Wv Ever Own a Mercedes, BMW or Audi? I haven’t. Some cars do come with a premium tho. Name plates have never been a reason for me to buy a car.

Electric Cars/Trucks and winter weather testing with results. What do you think? Who has taken one in Freezing cold long distance to a Ski mountain?

It’s truly amazing what American business can do when they re-invest in R&D but sometimes it takes some outside intervention to force them to and I don’t only mean guberment regulation.

Electric Cars/Trucks and winter weather testing with results. What do you think? Who has taken one in Freezing cold long distance to a Ski mountain?

I remember the outrage when it was announced in the mid 90’s that outboard motors had to be emissions compliant by 2006 and everyone rang the death bell for out boards. Now outboard sales are outpacing all other forms of propulsion in the recreational boating business by a ton.

Accelerators are good stuff We routinely hit 75% of design strength (10,000 psi) in less than 30 hours which is critical when building larger urban building cores on a schedule.
