    Vail 2020/2021

Personally I think that the Solitude lift should have been the one to get the six pack upgrade at Okemo.

    Waterville Valley Lift Issues

Similar to Attitash, WV doesn't upgrade in time. Sunnyside,White Caps and Green Peak are all gonna need to be replaced sooner than later. The fact that they didn't put a detachable in for Green is just gonna come back to bite them in the ass (looks like its already starting)

Killington to Replace North Ridge (Glades) Triple Chair

Ridge Run is not a very memorable trail to being with. Giving it a base early on in the season can really help control the crowds on rime and reason. Vagabond is far more bumped out than ridge.

Killington to Replace North Ridge (Glades) Triple Chair

Adding onto Killington's weekend crowds and capacity, the mountain does a better job spreading out guests than most East Coast resorts. Adding this extra capacity really won't do much during peak season, even on the weekends. As for the early season, this would be huge. I really wouldn't be...

    Attitash Summit Triple Problems 2018-2019

I'm wondering if Peaks is going to be making some tweaks to their investment plans for the next couples seasons. Mount Snow has been pretty vocal about a Sunbrook replacement coming very soon. I'm wondering if Attitash is going to get bumped up in front of them on the list of to-dos.

Pat's Peak vs Wachusett vs Ragged Mountain for beginner

^ I’m lost..... Ragged has great coverage for their beginner/cruiser terrain. Usually all covered by Christmas vacation if not a couple weeks after. They also have three lifts that beginners can access not including the surface lifts. Overall the mountain is usually less crowded than pats and...

Pat's Peak vs Wachusett vs Ragged Mountain for beginner

Ragged. It's beginner area is huge and very wide open. They offer two magic carpets and a learning area triple with great runs. They also offer top to bottom greens on both their peaks. Awesome mountain with very manageable crowds.

    Killington summer improvements

Vagabond, Great Bear and Northstar are pretty much guaranteed to get snowmaking coverage on it now that there's a six pack there. I'm sure other trails like conclusion will see better coverage on that side of the resort now too. I'm still surprised that they went with a six pack! I feel like...

    Killington summer improvements

K's gotta get with the times. This is the best news of the season!! Lets hope they keep going by knocking down the dumpy ramshead/snowshed lodges next summer!

Intermediate trails that are now labeled as beginner trails...

I also don't agree with Southridge at Sundayriver. That area is way too busy and overwhelming. Snowshed is the perfect place to learn how to ski. I grew up learning at Killington and I loved it. I'm surprised that they never snow-make or groom Yodeler, that's a fantastic, easy trail...

    Lifts that are never open

^ Snowshed Double 2 was removed this off season in the replacement for a zip line. Look out triple runs on the weekends and other busy days. As long as there is coverage on toll house road then the double is open.

    Lifts that are never open

I rode the outpost chair on a Tuesday two seasons ago, granted that was during kids febuary break. But most of the time I go there it's open. We'd always hope for the best once we skied around that corner to the south ridge triple, hoping it would be open. That lift was a hit or miss. Canyon...

    Trails that are never open..

I've only skied it once with snowmaking coverage on it and once very a very thin layer of natural snow. As for triple take, it's usually open when the top of not too shabby is open. Triple take has some major, steep drops that require a lot of base so it makes sense.

Intermediate trails that are now labeled as beginner trails...

The worst I've watched unfold was at Attitash. The Illusion trail originally started as a double black then changed to black. Now it's a blue..... It's a fantastic trail but not for the intermediate. A standard black was the right rating for it.

    Wildcat Mountain 2016-2017 season thread

I would love to see them cover those trails this season, the all natural is great but covering these would definitely spread the crowds out more and allow for earlier-later season skiing on them. Tomcat Schuss is another one that should be blasted on.

    Ragged Mtn 2016-17 Season Thread

I'm happy they added it. The Abyss was a huge surprise for me when they added that. I'm happy to see the growth of all natural skiing but would love to see some new trails cut to, with snowmaking. I was thinking about this again today, if they added snowmaking to raggae glades, that would be...
