I made the same mistake! I made it through the 90 days and ended just before the ski season started. I was in kick ass shape. Then I slacked doing an occasional workout here and there hoping ski season would keep me in shape. Not the case. My legs are still in good shape, but the rest of it...

Speaking of bindings pre releasing, why the heck does it happen? On my practice run, it happened so I....actually Mondeo, cranked my bindings to 9. My boots are only a year old and there is no wear in the toe. Is it just a bad binding or do they loosen up over time. My ski/binding is about 5...

I wish I could have had a mulligan on Sunday. I was so amped up for my dual and then it happened.....my binding released me on my third turn. I can't even begin to tell you how unsatisfying that was for me! Oh well, there's always next year. Other than that, I think this was one of the best...

That was an awesome dual! Tyler Bristol vs Guy Keefe. I couldn't believe they both fell off the first kicker. One went for his ski the other took off on one ski. I talked to Tyler after that dual. I think he surprised himself by going off the second kicker on one ski. I could barely do it...

My son(Sundown local) and his buddies did the comp this weekend and had a blast. They did pretty well considering they had absolutely no mogul training. One of them placed 4th. Not bad for kids that just ski the park all winter. They would love to take it to the next level without having to...

What do you think? I know enough local kids who would love to start it. Is this feasible? I think Ski Sundown is on the map now for mogul events, let's show what these little locals can do. Discuss...............

The booing wasn't in regards to Tyler's run. He clearly won that duel with super clean mogul skiing. It was mostly that the crowd was part of Bobby's "family". Bobby grew up skiing with all the Killington hacks there. The booing was not to disrespect the incredible job Tyler had just...

There was a decent showing of local boys under 18 that showed up. No formal training, little race experience, park skiers.............hacks just like us :grin: Loved seeing the second AZ generation getting in the mix!
