Do you wear your ski pants in the Car?

My ski pants are way more comfortable than my jeans. I wear them on the way up and back, no matter how obnoxiously bright blue they are.

    Cannon 4/1

Primary Surface: Packed Powder Secondary Surface: Packed Granular We ended up getting to the mountain at about 9:30 due to terrible road conditions getting up with the weather. When we got there, we thought the day was a wash since only about two inches had fallen. It was on top of a sheet of...

    Cannon 4/1

95% positive Mishka, my friend Curtin, and I are headed up to cannon tomorrow. I'll most likely be wearing tan pants / black jacket. If any of you are headed up as well, feel free to say hi. I'll be wearing my orange turtle fur on my neck. It's pretty easy to spot on someone over 6'. Hope...

Sugarloaf - AZ Summit 2.0 Weekend

We skipped the superquad line, then rode the T-bar as normal. We traversed pretty far until we hit Bracket Basin, and even then we kept hugging the extreme side of it. We crossed under something called "Hell's Gate"? I think. Tinker, the lead instructor was telling me not to hit it...

    AlpineZone Summit 2.0 at Sugarloaf - March 25-27, 2011

I'm booking our condo tomorrow (at least 3 of us) to head up there. Looking forward to seeing everyone. We might have a spot available if someone is looking for one.

WTB: Volkl Supersport 6 Stars 175cm

Best of luck finding some! I bought some last year off of Craigslist as my first shaped ski. I learned a lot on my pair. I don't think I could sell them though, I'm attached to my pair.

No experience with it. Are you looking for this ski in particular or just a park / all-mountain ski in general?

    Wachusett - 1/13/10

I was there last night and ski'd the Terrain park as well. There was one new feature to Look Mom that I could see. They had replaced the box with another feature I'm not quite sure how to describe. It was like a quarter pipe about 6' up, then a flat high portion with a wooden bench object on...

Alpinezone, You Got Served over on Snow Journal:

So after reading this thread, I think I need to make a trip out to ski some moguls at Sundown one night. They actually do look fairly easy (a good place to start on them). I haven't tried the moguls on 10th at Wawa yet, how would they compare? Sorry don't have any :flame: to add

    Wachusett lately

Was actually pretty dead Monday night. I too am recovering from Wisdom Teeth being pulled (get my stiches out soon.) The park is up as he said, it's fun. It's all groomed but it's been a lot of fun, especially around 8 or so at night when everyone clears out.

    'Out For Delivery'

Bindings and skis are both 'out for delivery' according to UPS. Now if only my hip would heal up I'd actually get to use them.

    Wachusett 1/4/10

I went there for night skiing, it was pretty packed most of the day till about 8:30. The after-school kids were falling down all over the trails, making it hard to ski with any speed. If they weren't falling down, they were making slow wide turns across the entire trail. After they left, it...

    Ski Resort Holiday Sales

I know it's not local, but I was in Virginia on 12/23 (Wintergreen) and the place was PACKED. Really long liftlines, seemed like everyone in Virginia was trying to get out and ski. But, they had gotten snow recently which is really rare for them so that might have contributed as well.
