    Sunday River 22-23

I would say these are the most likely scenarios Based on the sounds of it they would like to market HS lifts at all base areas. My money is on a HSQ or 6. When’s the last time Boyne bought a new HS4? I bet the carpet loader is now a distant memory.

And projections of cash from operating? I would assume you do this work in June you have to pay July/ August. Do this work in September/October you can pay for it after you start cash flowing. Just a guess

We do the stream at home too, although I prefer the Polar Lemon can. Never been a coffee drinker.

Balsams Grand Resort teams up with ski industry legend Les Otten

All possible and likely in some areas. I am not see interest rate slow down the appetite for MF around here, yet. It usually does but for some reason we are still busy as heck. The problem with developing MF in the Mass. market now is the newly adopted energy code requirements and what it’s...

Today I plan to put on all the apparel I bought during the summer, estimate how much weight I need to lose, and start conditioning

Went from Diet Coke to Polar Lemon seltzer cold turkey about 10 years ago. I would drink 5-6 DC’s a day, now I drink that or more PLC’s a day.

EVs - New Hampshire gets it right

I remember hearing in the early 2000’s that the 2006 emission reg’s would be the end of outboards, they couldn’t be improved to comply. They keep improving to the point that no one around here wants out drives anymore. All multi O/B’s or big single screw deisels. I don’t think we can count out...

Balsams Grand Resort teams up with ski industry legend Les Otten

I am not betting either way but I can tell you if the deal is big enough 10 years isn’t that long in the real estate development. It’s been my experience the bigger the project the bigger the tolerance for time and expense.

Which chailift(s) will NOT open by end of 2023-24 season ?

I don’t know enough about lift construction but once the chairs are on the rope and they are in the start-up and testing phase maybe they will be comfortable enough to just block off the immediate area around the bottom building and open Locke. If they do would they allow skiers under the haul...

Which chailift(s) will NOT open by end of 2023-24 season ?

That’s a pretty low bar 😂 Having said that I am glad they seem to be focus on lifts and snow making and not bathrooms.

Which chailift(s) will NOT open by end of 2023-24 season ?

I don’t know if they are behind or not behind and I am not sure what their schedule was to begin with. What I heard was IF the lift isn’t ready to run and the area still needs to be clear then they will open in Jordan. You know in this current market anything can be late. I am sure you know the...

Which chailift(s) will NOT open by end of 2023-24 season ?

It’s sounds like they will be down to the wire and if they are, they don’t want skiers mixing with construction crews in that small area of roads and parking up there not to mention the general area around the lodge. I haven’t been up there but I bet the walking ramp on the west side of the...
