Not all Sushi is created equal! When you find some GOOD Sushi it is truely an amazing culinary experience! And I used to be an "anti-sushi-ite" too!

I went to Garlic, but a few years ago and it was off season / late summer. It was fantastic. Loved the tapas type setup and the owner was pretty cool (off season at K on a Wednesday night means you eat / drink with the owner apparently). My wife and I really loved it, but haven't been to central VT since so who knows what state the place is in now.
