Texas is always trying to leave.
I just read Facebook posting that is legal in Texas to shot a escort if the person doesn't have sexual relations with the client.

Sounds legit...
Honestly I wish they would bounce. They're wacked out there. If they somehow were able to secede my bet is that it wouldn't be long till they were crying to get back on the federal teat.

NH 19th state allowing medical marijuana use

CONCORD, N.H. (AP) — Gov. Maggie Hassan has signed a law making New Hampshire the 19th state to allow seriously ill residents to use marijuana to treat their illnesses.

The law allows patients with cancer and other conditions to possess up to 2 ounces of marijuana obtained from dispensaries.

Up to four dispensaries can be licensed and have a maximum of 80 marijuana plants, 160 seedlings and 80 ounces of marijuana or 6 ounces per qualifying patient.

The law took effect with her signature Tuesday but getting the program operating could take up to two years. The bill calls for a commission to be appointed as soon as possible to implement the new system.

Feds raid medical marijuana dispensaries in Washington state — where possession is legal

DEA serves search warrants on marijuana storefronts

Casey Lee thought his marijuana collective was getting robbed again when he saw seven vehicles speeding into his parking lot Wednesday morning. But when he saw the badges, he knew it was another raid. view full article

By M. Alex Johnson, Staff Writer, NBC News

Federal agents raided several medical marijuana dispensaries Wednesday in Washington — a state which just decriminalized the drug last year.

The U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration's Seattle office confirmed in a brief statement that "several search warrants were executed today involving marijuana storefronts" in the Puget Sound region around Seattle.

It gave no further details, and the number of raids remained unclear Wednesday evening.

One of the dispensaries was the Bayside Collective in Olympia, the state capital, where seven government vehicles converged Wednesday morning.

Agents with guns drawn seized business records and about $2,500 worth of marijuana intended for cancer patients, Casey Lee, who works at the clinic, told NBC station KING of Seattle.

"It's humiliating," Lee said. "They don't get to see the cancer patients."

Washington was one of the first states to legalize possession of up to an ounce of marijuana last year. But it remains illegal under federal law, and Lee claimed one of the agents told him, "Things are going to be hell for you."

"One of the DEA agents said: 'This is your second raid and your third robbery. Why do you keep doing this?'" Lee said.

"I just told him it's because we just enjoy helping people, and he told us that he wasn't expecting that answer."

The true to story to why Cannabis became outlawed, and lots of lies and scared lots of people, time to legalize it again.

Wrong on this count " As we all know, you cannot patent a plant or the naturally occurring compounds in the plant. For this reason, major pharmaceutical companies realized there was no money to be made, and were not interested in producing the plant. "

A pharmacuetical company just got a patent on mary jane as a cure for cancer, ofcourse the only reason for the patent is so that it doesn't make it to market.

See it is a miracle plant, no reason for it to be illegal.

Very good reason, you can grow it yourself and not be dependent on pharmacutical companies

It can be sold and taxed in retail stores, I like idea of growing, I don't because or ridiculous laws aginst it are many years in jail.
