Plenty of snowmaking going on. Today they added East Side Drive to the open list plus several more reserved runs that should be open tomorrow, including, Cliff, Bleeker, Ike, Heuga, Drop Off and Wayout. Lower Broadway and Park Avenue are not far behind. Conditions were loose powder, hard pack, ice, marbles, chalky and brown snow. First bell to bell day of the year. See you tomorrow.

Was going to post but might as well just add to this. Guns going all day yesterday with Mainline Minya, Eastside and the Belt open...Made the most of it,got better when I met Jim G and Carl...lots of snow near the guns but too cold to really form any moguls. Quit around 2 when it became too slick...Will be back Thursday and Friday..snow in the forecast!
