Agreed. You should see the new snow making Pond ( ocean) they will have soon at Platty.

Wow, what a shame.

I have skied the Whale every year since it re-opened, and it was truly a delight. Jawbone was an incredible trail; it deserves to be charged hard and rewards you with plenty of air along the way.

The Whale was an amazing local hill, hopefully it can be saved.
