https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4l8lPnmxBA4 It's a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad River. Paddling the whitewater of the Mad River in the Mad River Valley, VT this past week. Not for the faint of heart. There are spots in this river you can walk across in the summertime, but not so much this time of year....

That looks SO awesome!! I was about to go get a few Smuggs runs in but now I want to go check this out.

Do you know if a river cuts through private property are you still legally allow to pass through on the water?

Turns AND kayaking. Sounds like a good combo to me!

 ...What a stretch of water. Water is down a bit this spring. Back in 2013(I think)....rip roaring levels. This footage of the Gorge and lower...is in late summer.

Here's one of the good Eric Jackson videos: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9xZiMdC_uCY

*Will try to find a little of my 2013 spring footage of Cribworks..was like ~8-12' above normal....
even when on the neighboring shoreline boulders you could feel the rumbling...was truely awesome.
