By Ridge I mean "The" Ridge. POWDER RIDGE, Middlefield CT. Powder Ridge has been quiet for years. Personally I have not skied there in more than 30. New owners/operations seem to be doing a fine job. I was extremely impressed with the entire operation.

Dark landings are scary.

Groomers were out.

Stats: 68 "Trails" skied. 62' vert. I have to say it was much more fun than I expected. I'd encourage anyone who can to make a visit.

remember skiing powder bump growing up.
nice post
I figured there's quite a few like us who skied this place as a kid. Honestly, it was very fun. These new owners really seem to have their shit together. It's still rough, but seems to be heading in the right direction. I wish I could steal one of these 2 new fireplaces for Magic,

It's far from great but if you have a couple hours of free time & are in the area, it was certainly worth it.
