Okemo - 11-28-2015

Trip Report: First trip of the year and I decided to go with Okemo. Cost only $35 (45 less 10 coupon I had), so you couldn't beat it. Good first day out, skied from 8:30 to about 1pm after my legs were cooked. I am glad the ra*n let up, since it was pouring the entire ride up. Nonetheless, I was determined to get some skiing in. I was suprised to see some bumps form up, although the line of the day was "I thought this trail was groomed" - seriously... I kid you not. None the less I was happy to get out on the snow. Overall a good way to start the season, even without any wax on my skis!

Seriously though it felt good to be out...

Way to get out. Looks like a lot of extra "slalom gates" out there.........would have been fun just trying not to hit anyone. Thinking of going Sunday. We'll see how they do this week.

Hey reef it was fun.. Lots of slalom gates for sure! My legs were killing me, also didn't help I had no wax! Was more like April than November! heading to my home hill with the little guy saturday. excited for the ski season!

Almost went there but Liftopia had no deals left for Saturday.
