Hit up B East today with daughter.

$40 total with BOGO from the ski and ride gas program.

firm and fast - pleasantly surprised there was no real ice, just packed machine groomed stuff which was quite nice.

no lines, friendly staff.

Were woods doable? Thinking of going there Saturday, or else Pico.

And by doable I mean I don't mind if there are some rocks and logs etc or they are closed. I've skied that mountain since I was a little kid, they don't care of I duck ropes and I don't care if I scratch my rock skis.

Just wondering if there's maybe a foot of snow in the woods or not. Thanks!

Word. Forecast is calling for another half foot before I go up Saturday. And I love my skis but they're getting replaced next year, and growing up skiing the Beast I'm pretty good at squirreling my way around those woods.

Anything around a foot of base works for me :)
