Is 830 - 230 only a few hours? With no lunch stop? And 20k vertical feet?

I happened to wake up in rutland Sunday morning, but I day trip to Killington and anyplace south of Killington quite often, ski my 6 hours/20k vertical, and am back in my apt in brooklyn before prime time tv. gas up night before, make pocket lunch sandwiches night before, wake 330, drive 4-830, ski 9-3, home at 8. really not so crazy or shocking

Just out of curiosity, have you considered moving for skiing? The Bronx seems like it would be a better spot if you wanted to stay in the city. But then again, you'd be living in the Bronx.

I've considered big moves for skiing, to Denver or Seattle. But ultimately life, family, girlfriend, career are here. I also have massive student debt, and am ny state licensed, so those are barriers.

I've considered living in upper Manhattan but it would really negatively impact my quality of life and only put me 30 minutes closer. I live and work in brooklyn and I like it here.

If I were to ever move to the suburbs, westchester/rockland/Hudson valley/Stamford would win over Long Island or most of NJ, because skiing, and because fuck Long Island

If you work in Brooklyn then it's a no brainer to stay in Brooklyn. It's not worth saving 30 minutes on your ski commute just to add it to your work commute.

Screw that, use your money to fly to the Rockies. Where'd our future president go? Very disrespectful

Maybe if your charter air service fails, you can embark on a career in politics. A precident has been set. Maybe open a casino? Got any Native American DNA? That always helps.
