Resort: Ragged Mountain

Date: March, 17 2017

Conditions: Packed Powder, blue bird sunny date

Report: Wow, what a fantastic day at Ragged! Having scored a free voucher from the NE Ski and Snowboard show, I figured this would be a great day to hit the mountain. In fact, this has to be the first time in 10 years that I have been there, and I forgot what a great place this is. Skied from 9:30 to 3, with it being pretty much ski-on to the lift. Hit Ridge, Headwall, Birches, Exhibition, Main Street, the Raggae Glades, Main Street and everything pretty much open on off the Six Pack. Sweepstakes was open if you could cut into it... On spear, I hit showboat, flying yankee and turnpike...

Conditions were really amazing. soft packed powder, soft bumps on birches .. Just really a stunning day. All in all it was really an awesome experience and cannot wait to get back there on a powder day. Definitely a cool place with a great vibe!

Very nice! Did you hit any of the glades?

Have a few passes to use but we can't go this weekend. Hope everything hangs in there for next weekend...

The only glade I hit was the Raggae glade, which really isn't a Glade... I heard Pel's was open, but couldn't figure out how to get into it (go figure!). Looking at today's trail count for today Pel's is closed now...
