    You're correct as far as I know... I meant to equate the difficultly of sticking to a strictly keto diet to sticking to a strictly vegan diet. Full keto is pretty restrictive and a lot of folks have trouble adapting their diet long term. I'm one of those folks who tried it and said forget this, I prefer to eat what I want to eat and use the intermittent fasting method to keep my weight in check. That said, my average dinner is something like a portion of fish and a side of vegetables. Lunch is when I "break my fast" and usually have a nice stacked sandwich.

    Check out Kaatsu training. I've been doing it for 6 months now. US ski team does it.
