Waterville was pretty great today. Other than Wayne's and Ciao which were basically sheets of stiff skied off ice/snow substrate, everything else was excellent. The new tow at the high country was fine and felt faster than the old chair. Lift lines were maybe 10 minutes mid day but then they go Sunnyside running which, along with North Side, helped keep people distributed around the mountain. The expanded lodge looks like it will be a great additional when it's finished.
All in all, one of my better visits. Nice to see improvements. My understanding is that they've had some lift issues but thankfully those were not an issue today although that Green Peak's lift is. so. slooooow.
