Never been to either and would like to check them out. How is Maine skiing right now compared to N VT? Looks like there might be a mix coming in Tuesday so Sugarloaf might be a better option for all snow?

Haven’t been to both areas but SR is skiing great. Loaf should be better since Brackett is open.

Smuggs has the most snow of anywhere in Eastern USA aside from possibly Jay. Was there 2 days ago it was prime.

Can't comment on Loaf for comparison

According to reports Smuggs might have the edge at elevation.

Upper: 54”
Middle 32”
Lower 16”
sno country base: 14-50

SL

Upper: 37”
Middle: 33”
Lower: 30”

Looks like Tuesday might be taking a turn for the better according to single chair weather blog.
