Congrats Tom Hanson for an awesome feat, as well as fundraising for charity:

***The numbers put up by this sexagenarian with arthritic knees are staggering. In total for the season, including a ten-day ski trip to British Columbia, Hanson skied an astounding 4,239,462 vertical feet and covered a distance of 6,346.9 miles – roughly the distance from Sugarloaf to Anchorage, Alaska, and back. At Sugarloaf alone, Hanson accumulated 3,885,000 vertical feet. He skied the distance of a marathon or more in a single day on 69 different occasions.***

Sure wish I could've fought through a 10-day trip to BC.... He's a great guy just to talk mountains, skiing, and everything else about outdoors...have ridden up lift several times with him in the past.
