That's hopefully good news given the prior owner wasn't exactly a great steward of the land.

A lot of people say it can't work because it's too far away. It's only a 20 minute longer drive there than it is to Sugarloaf or Saddleback from Boston. It just looks much further, but you can stay on the highway longer.

Given how crowded the more convenient areas are becoming, maybe it works. Having a home nearby on Moosehead would be pretty killer.
