Bretton woods passholders BBQ sorry you missed it

If you-all were planning on attending the Bretton Woods passholders BBQ as originally scheduled this weekend (March 28) forget it. Omni resorts decided to bait and switch and the BBQ was moved to LAST WEEKEND with little or no notice!!!!. Thats 3 weeks earlier than past BBQ's.

This is what happens when huge corporations take over what was a nice smallish enterprise.

Those at Bretton Woods and Omni Resorts reeeeeally appreciate we season passholders don't they! I will not be renewing my seasons pass there next year. I have sent letters of complaint and you should too.

Bretton woods is a fun place to ski but their management can suck it.

Lunch at the top of the quad restaurant took 2 HOURS and not a single one of us ordered anything cooked. We all ordered salads and turkey sandwiches. The waitstaff never told us of the specials either.

We wasted a solid hour plus of prime ski time due to their incompetence.

On my final run, I ducked a rope for no real reason and then popped back out onto the trail. I'm at the bottom of the mountain, talking to the girls upstairs on the deck when all of a sudden an irate patroller comes and reads me the riot act about ducking ropes and having no respect. Go ahead n pull my ticket; it's 4:15. I ducked onto a roped off green or blue groomer for 30 seconds.

Turns out she was just pissed she double ejected and launched through the air like superman trying to chase me down!

This gave me such evil satisfaction that I skipped my planned visit to customer service to complain about the epic retardation of the upper mountain restaurant.

Rosebrook canyon glades were amazing, if thin in spots.

Umm, I think when you duck ropes you automatically lose the right to complain about being called on it by the ski patrol...

Bad service at lunch does suck though.
