Catering options near Mt.Snow or Stratton?

Anybody know of any restaurants that also cater around Mt. Snow or Stratton?
We are a group of 10.

I have some suggestions around Dover/Wilmington but quick questions, is this for 1 special meal/event? if so, does it require service also or just food drop off?
Or are you in a short term rental scenario and looking for catering for multiple meals (ie chef?)
What town are specifically are you going to be in?

SoLo is actually in south londonderry, hence the name.
