So this was hatched partly as an idea of how to get people more interested in bumps, but I was thinking, if there's combined alpine and combined nordic, why not a combined freestyle WC championship? I figure skiercross, moguls, and half-pipe, and add slopestyle to the WC slate. I figure the skiercross guys would be the most disadvantaged, given that half the half pipe and slopestyle guys started out skiing bumps.

I don't disagree with your premise but can you site anyone in the WC market or is this your idea. In the early 90's Glen Plake wanted to combine moguls, aerials and ballet. I think if that was established it would be easy to change the current individual events into one event.I think skier cross is a great addition to freestyle. TJ Schiller, former mogul skier, beat Darren Ralves in skier cross.

I would like to apologize to all riders but skiing is much more difficult. I am a traditionalist and racers are good skiers but frrestyle skiers are also good.2009 TJ Schiller, former mogul skier, beat Darren Ralves in skier cross. No offense to riders but riders can't beat skiers in a super G, Skier cross, moguls, or super pipe. Skiers and Riders should compete head to head. You chose your board or planks may the best skier/rider win, no seperate events.
