Resort or Ski Area: Copper Mountain
Conditions: packed powder, partly sunny, gusty winds at the top
Trip Report: First time ever visit to Copper Mountain. They got 4 inches new snow last night but we got there too late to catch any freshies. Did get to enjoy a day skiing wonderful packed powder. After the first run Jake, who never says anything, commented "that snow is great".
Skied mostly cruisers with my daughter. Jake dropped into the woods a few times and reported powder was to be had. Considering it was is holiday weekend the crowds/lift lines weren't bad.
Wouldn't mind going back without kids, they had some really nice terrain, bumps and glades galore.
