It's getting harder out there every day folks.

ALBION, Ind. -- A northeastern Indiana hunter has died after struggling with a buck he had just shot.

It says the Noble County coroner says the death was due to a lacerated liver, possibly suffered during the struggle. ...Full Story

Darwin award: "Smith explained to his son he 'tussled' with the deer prior to killing it via a knife."

You shot the deer with a gun, and then decide to be manly man and dispatch it with a knife. I can just picture him grabbing the antlers on the opposite side of the head from him in order to slit its throat and the deer thrashes him in the gut. I hunt and will say Good for the deer.

This idea that its good to get right up to a deer after you shoot it sickens me. You're going to hell, straight to hell, if its you that is the last thing the deer sees before it expires. The least amount of respect an animal deserves if its taken for food is to a)not know what happened and b)die peacefully. F-you Paul Smith, may you rot in hell. I pray your loved ones' suffering is minimal.
