He has been pretty off. He tends to be a little optimistic in most situations. I keep checking because it keeps giving me hope though

Right now, according to the radar imagery from NOAA it looks like we in Vermont are about to get some precipitation and once again it looks like the snow/rain line is Rt 4 or north of Kmart is snow, south of kmart is rain.

Only time will tell...let you know tomorrow.

it is not really a west to east snow line north to south, so pretty much everwhere will get rain at first but also everywhere will change to snow. Also in burlington Vt it is 40 degrees right now so it will start as rain. But in the some valleys there is still cold air trapped so they will get freezing rain. But once it changes over it looks like the mountains will get almost a ft. The further north and east you go the more snow.
