Alpina 4 buckle boot. Size 22. One buckle cracked but duct tape worked fine. $20? Beer? :

If you are looing for new boots we found a good deal at REI on last years Lange RSJ's (stiffer) and RXJ's. They had 24 and 24.5 n Framingham. $120 for a $200 boot. We bought the RSJ's but hey had RXJ's left. They were able to track down and order a second pair for us.

Last season Green thumb in Westborough had some good deals too, and they take in trades.
