Google re-direct virus?

Anyone ever experienced this? Somehow I got it yesterday and I am wondering what is a good way to get rid of it. I've tried doing a search, but whenever I click on a result I get redirected to some random page


I swear, I'm typically not for violent punishments for crimes, but I think those that write malware. spyware whatever should have a finger lopped off when caught. They're the scum of the earth.

I picked up Stopzilla for $9.95 and it appears to have done the trick, which as with all anti-virus programs leads me to believe that the good folks at stopzilla are the ones who created it.
