Haystack Is Sold.

I accidentally leaked this earlier today, oops. Thankfully the moderators nuked the thread before I could get into any trouble.

Now that the cat is out of the bag. Here's the official release for the sale of Haystack.

We have been discussing, on another forum, the P&SA most of the afternoon. The question some of us have is regarding this part...

Under the terms of the Purchase and Sale Agreement, Mount Snow will continue to be allowed to withdraw water from sources at the Haystack resort after the closing in amounts which approximate Mount Snow's historical use from this source.

Will this become a potential problem for Haystack's future water needs during a low snow year and what is the definition of "historical use"?

I wonder if you can get a deal on the slopeside condos that they have...were the properties part of the mountain?
