from Wildcat late this afternoon

http://www.skiwildcat.com/snowreport.html

Not a rumor, this initiative comes from the very tip top, we are on notice that IF we can, ( have coverage, weather permits) we will make it happen.

IF is a big two letter word, so check in with the Wildcat Website late Wednesday or Thursday to get the scoop.

Im sure there is going to plenty of snow, but how many people are there? Seems like a good way to toss some Benjamins away...

I'm so there with that sentiment personally

OBVIOUSLY I have no choice or say in the matter, but I do appreciate that you posted your honest response.

Sugarbush is going to have a Cinco de Mayo party and will be opening Valley House Chair if possible for Saturday, May 5th and Sunday, May 6th. Tomorrow both the Bravo and Heaven's Gate lifts will be spinning with 24 trails open. What a great season it has been!

win, I love the fact that you use the same 2 letter word. Sure beats all the four letter soup for <anything other than snow>.

Next weekend will be it. It has been a great winter since mid-January! There is always a time to come and a time to go and next Sunday will be the time to go until November!

From a marketing standpoint it could be a good thing if it happens. One of the only palces open for all the die-hard skiers. Might get mentioned in SKI or SKIING magazine next year for a good place to go late season for spring season. Wildcat would also most likely make newspaper articles and press-releases. Am I correct in saying this?

Also, just watched this video:

Anyone know where that snow-stake is?

Hmm, another red fire-alarm ont he mountain? Different than this one...

Well a bit of irony here:

I opened up the newspaper today and saw an article about the ski season. It mentioned how Wildcat received over 6 feet of snow in April.

Back on topic... If Wildcat is open next weekend, there is a slight chance I will be there Sunday.

That's a great vid. I've been to Wildcat once and didn't ski anything like that. I'll have to put it on the list for next year.

It's a shame Sugarloaf closed with 112 trails open.

just reminding that the 5/4 Wildcat opening is not a sure thing. Darn Weather could have something to say about it.

I saw a few nights this week will be below freezing. I'm staying positive. My apprearance seems to be more probable know than it was earlier today. May not be quite out of my system. Still need to get some stuff done, but I say that for at least 6 months a year.
