hey quattro unfortunately I'm not in the market for a hot shot cat...yet.
though just thought I'd ask are you doing the whitebread 'round the whirl' next weekend?

I'll be on a C&C 25 "Brokher" normally sailed out of Babylon

I'll also be re-locating to riverhead next month and would be looking for crewspots out there, if you know of anybody looking to build crew next year.

sail fast...live slow...rd

Really, whom do you crew for?

I sail with Bahar on "Selhun" (though not so much at Manhasset bay this year though I have travelled with him for the Noods in Marblehead and LIS champ regatta in Noroton) and I've also sailed with Sue Miller and John Browning on "Ping!" a few times

will you be doing the Port Washington Charity regatta this weekend?

I was doing the Vanderbilt Cup up here in Huntington on a Frers 33 last saturday, we got the shift as well, and it killed us.

no kiddding,,,,,we were trailing you almost all race on Sunday, I was on Dreadlox with Neil Berkow....we had a decent race going (3 of us) untill the spinny leg back in to Manhasset bay...we caught a pocket of dead air and everyone flew by us!!! I've been sailing for years, but this was my first year racing....(I have a Hobie out in Peconic Bay) Love the racing,,,,wish i could do more, I'm not that experienced in it, but looking to learn.....my 6yr anniv is this weekend so no sailing, but i'm always looking to get out and sail...if you hear of any opportuinites let me know......I live in Locust Valley and my office is in Oyster Bay....matt@scicom-inc.com

Wow! Looks like you two will be making turns this winter. Where on the Island are you Syndrome? I grew up in Seaford and teach on the Island.

Riverhead...huh? You should get in touch with ALLSKIING (Dave) ... He's just a hop skip and a jump east of that in wine country. I plan to get out 25-30 days this season. I'll PM you the school. ;)

i'm going to bring it back to the dealer who i got it from in CT....if i give it to him now, he'll try and sell it over the winter (free storage for me) and when he sells it he takes a cut....he's the largest dealer of boats under 22' on the east coast......eliminates alot of hassel for me
