I know they all got some snow. But not having followed the snow history of last 2 weeks (out of town), I'd like to know if the new snow makes for "icing on the cake" or dust-on-ice!

was at Belleayre on sunday. they got alot of snow in the last 2-3 days. yesterday was an awesome powder day with atleast 6-8 inches of new snow.
don;t know if it;s related to the storm hitting VT right now. it may have been a local lake effect snow event. the websites for Plattekill and Belleayre reported heavy snow but Hunter and Windham look like they got only trace amounts. I wonder why-maybe there is some geographical reason for the disparity.

well Plattekill got DUMPED on this weekend, 27" plus.. i was up on friday it was amazing.. but my boy went to hunter said it sorta sucked, same with windham they didnt' get much.

Thanks for the update. Belleayre it will be then (for playing hookie mid-week since Plattekill isn't open yet).
