Hey now, as for the boots, I was actually shoveling my driveway in shorts and a t-shirt and boots last winter -- I am not a skirt-wearing kind of chick. On a side note, Sorel Glaciers are hardly fashionable. I'd describe them as somewhat fancier versions of the boots the old man from Home Alone wore....You're right though, I can't officially be rude to anyone, so think what you will!

Thanks for the welcome guys, hit me up anytime and I'll do my best to answer whatever questions you may have.

Wearing Sorels is totally acceptable on the "mountaintop"... :)

Give me function over fluff anyday

So when we come up, and the weather has been lousy for snow making, when do you think there will be enough terrain open for a 2 1/2 hour drive.

We have a boat load of people from jersey wanting to shoot up every week on tuesday

we are thinkin about 12/5 to start

Check out the info I left in the other thread:

http://forums.alpinezone.com/122212-post25.html

I basically gave a run-down of what will be open early. It's really looking good for the terrain park this year because we've booked so many events for it and the people who use it. Our Burton Super Clinic is at the end of next week and the park needs to be open for that so plan it on being open. The best thing to do though is to call the snowphone a day before or something or shoot me an email and ask.

Unfortunately (actually more like "fortunately") the website is NOT part of my job -- our webmaster updates the content. I started the blog because it's a bit more fluid and allows me to post feature stuff that doesn't qualify as news. The website itself is just for content/information but not necessarily real-time stuff so much. So check the blog instead...I am all over the place every day, there's no way I could handle the website...I AM, however, the webmaster of RideHunter, I am just waiting on the terrain park guys to get me more info and then that will go up. Hope the new design suits you :)

A good buddy on mine works with Jessica... We had a long conversation about this whole blog/MySpace thing and about the interent changing as a whole a few weeks ago... It's a pretty hot space and I'm glad Hunter is out there working it.. Jessica is doing an awesome job... I just hope it continues and doesn't get squashed by management..

I'm pretty psyched about it though..
