This is a travesty. Anyone who can be so flippant as to say "those are the rules, too bad" without the ability to examine the appropriateness of those rules deserves to be thrown out on their kiester, IMHO.

i gotta agree with you on this one. normally, i am in favor of tighter immigration standards and rules. there's too many people doing things the wrong way and working in the underground economy driving down fair wages. but when things are done the right way, it's a shame to see someone break out the book and say "no way, it's not part of the rules." rules are meant to be changed and made exceptions toward.

the thing about that link that really caught my eye was the image at the bottom of the page. since when is "Fair & Balanced" a registered trademark of fox news? it's a laughable statement to make, are they thinking people will believe that because they put that tag line on the brand? there's a lot of partial news being slung around the air waves both right AND left. but that's laughable coming from fox. unless they have changed since the last time i watched their news. fox news was one of the many reasons i actually gave up watching TV. ALL TV news went the way of the crapper except the nightly news and investigations shows on the major networks (which are now dieing), but fox especially turned news into entertainment and flash.
