Intrawest's FY 2006 report

It appears Intrawest is going out in a grand blaze of glory as they announced today their FY 2006, ending June 30th, report. Revenue was somewhat flat but profits were up.

I may have missed something but I didnt know they sold mammoth.

Who is the new owner? The price doesnt seem that high for a resort like mammoth.
