It has come time for me to make use of Surefoot's Guarantee

After over a season and a half of frustration, errors, and pain, yesterday I contacted Surefoot customer service regarding their guarantee:

I called around 4 and had an email from them a little after 6, to which I responded later in the night. I will update how it goes.

Took my wife about 15 days on the hill and 3 or 4 trips upto the Surefoot store at Killington at the end of the '07-'08 season/beginning of last season to get hers just right. Now, for the 1st time ever since I've known her, she's really happy with her boots, and that included a few years wearing a pair of custom foamed Strolz boots that she had.

Sidenote, my wife has really, really weird shaped feet :lol:
