Large accomodations near Burke?

Just putting this out there since my own searches have been less than fruitful.

Does anyone know of a large format rental near Burke that might be available for New Years?
It'd have to fit ~10 somewhat comfortably. Room share isn't a huge issue, everyones family.

Try homeaway and Vrbo. I just tried and first hit was a 4 bedroom that sleeps 10.
