Last wishes for a skier...

We scattered the ashes of a good friend last weekend at Hunter. Yes - this ultra crowded - horribly icey mountain was where she wanted her ashes scattered.. A nice little crowd of people that I consider the heart of Hunter gathered...
On the edge of Heuga Express - on a cliff overlooking the valley..
On a trail named after a great skier that also was has MS..

I've had more fantastic and fun ski days @ Hunter than just about anywhere else. When I think of all the money the Jimmy Huega Express has raised for MS research and how many of us love skiing at Hunter, I can't think of a better place for an MS patient to find peace than that lovely setting in the beautiful Catskills. RIP...
