Loon's reports are sub-par in general. No info beyond numbers. I'd expect that from a smaller cheaper mountain but you'd think they'd do better.

I get the feeling that many customers don't even bother to check - they just come. Loon seems to have a locked up part of the market from Metro Boston. So they don' t have to try so hard. It's convenient, predictable, with a complete set of offerings.

Not necessasarily my criteria, just sayin'

It seems to be common practice to exclude glades from 100% claim. Pats Peak also claims 100% open excluding their glades.

The word is out on Loon though - families know that it is locked up like 93 during rush hour. Folks are going elsewhere......
