Magic Mountain Purchase and Sale Agreement Signed

[FONT=Georgia, Arial]In an Alpine Update posted today (August 16,2016) , Magic Mountain announced a Purchase and Sale Agreement had been signed. Ski Magic LLC expects to formally take ownership of the 709 acre property in 6 to 8 weeks.
